When you join the Ball Capsule early-access waitlist, we collect:

- Your email address
- Your dog's breed (optional)
- Your stated product interest
We do not collect payment information, physical addresses, or any sensitive personal data.
How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Send you launch updates and early-access news for Ball Capsule
- Notify you about future la SYD products if you opted in
- Understand general interest in the product
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How we store your information
Waitlist submissions are stored securely in Google Sheets, accessible only to the la SYD team. Our website is hosted on Vercel and protected by Cloudflare. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare and Vercel may set limited technical cookies required for security and performance. These cookies do not identify you personally and are not used for advertising.
Your rights
You can request to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by emailing us at hello@theballcapsule.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Email communications
By joining the waitlist you agree to receive occasional launch updates and product news from la SYD. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Pre-launch status
Ball Capsule is a pre-launch product. By joining the waitlist you acknowledge that the product is not yet available for purchase and that launch timelines, pricing, and product details may change.
No purchase obligation
Joining the waitlist does not obligate you to purchase anything, and it does not obligate la SYD to sell anything to you at any specific time or price.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, submit false or misleading information, or use automated tools to submit forms.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Ball Capsule name, la SYD brand, product design, copy, and images — is the property of la SYD. You may not reproduce or use any of it without written permission.
